While we hope you love your items, we know shopping online can be tricky which is why we have made the return process as straight forward as possible. Our Hero Packaging bags also have a double adhesive strip for a second use, meaning you can send your return back in the same bag and we'll compost it on our end!
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for either store credit or exchange of purchase. The store credit or exchange of purchase will be the same value as the original purchase price.
All returns MUST be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, hygiene seal and tags attached. Items that have been tampered with, worn or washed will not be accepted.
All garments must be tried on over the top of underwear for hygiene purposes.
Sale items are final - no returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items.
ALL customers are responsible for the cost of returns. For exchanges, the customer must include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for the new item to be posted back. Alternatively, you can request a store credit and re-purchase yourself.
Simpl Swim is not responsible for any lost items during returns.
FAULTY ITEMS
If items are faulty please email info@simplswim.com with a description of the fault and images for the Simpl Swim team to assess within 5 days of receiving the item.
LODGING A RETURN
Email info@simplswim.com within the 14 day period to discuss your return. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Name of the item to return
- Reason for return
The email will then be viewed by the Simpl Swim customer service team and instructions to follow will be sent back to you.
