All orders will be shipped within 1 business day (unless stated otherwise on our website).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk otherwise get in touch - info@simplswim.com.

Simpl Swim is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for any import taxes, duties or customs fees once the package has reached the country of destination.

Unclaimed orders will be sent back to Simpl Swim and will be the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for re-delivery.

Once an order has been made the address is final.

The expected delivery time is from the date the order was placed and is based on metropolitan areas. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

While we hope you love your items, we know shopping online can be tricky which is why we have made the return process as straight forward as possible. Our Hero Packaging bags also have a double adhesive strip for a second use, meaning you can send your return back in the same bag and we'll compost it on our end!

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for either store credit or exchange of purchase. The store credit or exchange of purchase will be the same value as the original purchase price.

All returns MUST be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, hygiene seal and tags attached. Items that have been tampered with, worn or washed will not be accepted.

All garments must be tried on over the top of underwear for hygiene purposes.

Sale items are final - no returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items.

ALL customers are responsible for the cost of returns. For exchanges, the customer must include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for the new item to be posted back. Alternatively, you can request a store credit and re-purchase yourself.

Simpl Swim is not responsible for any lost items during returns.

If items are faulty please email info@simplswim.com with a description of the fault and images for the Simpl Swim team to assess within 5 days of receiving the item.

Email info@simplswim.com within the 14 day period to discuss your return. Please include the following information in your email:

- Order number

- Name of the item to return

- Reason for return

The email will then be viewed by the Simpl Swim customer service team and instructions to follow will be sent back to you.

To ensure long-lasting quality, we recommend the following :

  • Do not dry iron. Only steam iron with caution.
  • Hand wash swimwear in fresh cold water ASAP after wearing.
  • Ensure your swimsuit is completely dry before storing.
  • Do not machine wash and or use detergents.
  • Suntan creams and chlorine may discolour swimwear, so use caution.
  • Always wash bright and similar colours separately.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit card providers, PayPal and AfterPay.
