Returns

RETURN POLICY

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for either store credit or exchange of purchase. 
• The store credit or exchange of purchase will be of the same value as the original purchase price. 
• All returns MUST be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, hygiene seal and tags attached. Items which have been tampered with, worn or washed will not be accepted.  
• All garments must be tried on over the top of underwear for hygiene purposes. 
• Sale items are final unless the product is deemed faulty. 
• ALL customers are responsible for the cost of returns. 
• Simpl Swim is not responsible for any lost items during returns.
• If items are faulty please email info@simplswim.com with a description of the fault and images for the Simpl Swim team to assess.
